I design employee experiences that are thoughtful, practical, compliant and human.

I believe that great workplaces aren't built by chance. They are built on strong people foundations; clear expectations, thoughtful processes and documentation that supports both employees and managers.

With over nine years' experience across recruitment, People Operations and HR in Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Spain, I've helped growing businesses attract, support and develop their people. More recently, I've built a People Function from the ground up, designing the frameworks, processes and employee experiences that help businesses grow with greater clarity and consistency.

Miralúna was created to help organisations build those same foundations. I design practical people systems across the employee experience, giving growing organisations the structure they need without losing the human element that makes each workplace unique.
