At Miralúna, we take care to provide clear, practical and professional products and services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products, consultations and bespoke consultancy work.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded, accessed or delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to, employee handbooks, templates, forms, guides and other downloadable documentation.

Consultations

Consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide as much notice as possible. Where reasonable, Miralúna will work with you to arrange a new suitable time.

Bespoke and Customised Work

Bespoke consultancy services and customised documentation are non-refundable once work has commenced.

This includes work such as handbook customisation, HR documentation, policy development, People Operations support and other tailored services.


Cancellations

Where a project is cancelled before work has commenced, Miralúna may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or credit depending on the circumstances and any preparatory work already completed.

Issues With a Product or Service

If you experience a genuine issue with a product or service, please contact Miralúna as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and, where reasonable, work with you to resolve it. This may include correcting an error, providing a replacement file or offering additional clarification.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.
