All services are delivered in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
Digital Products
Digital products are provided as editable resources for the purchasing organisation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, digital products are licensed for use within a single organisation and may not be resold, redistributed, shared externally or reproduced for commercial purposes.
Consultancy Services
Where consultancy services are purchased, Miralúna will provide services in accordance with the agreed proposal, quotation or statement of work.
Project timelines may vary depending on the timely provision of information by the client.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed prior to the commencement of work.
Digital products must be paid for before delivery.
Consultancy invoices are payable in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, documentation, templates, frameworks, branding and materials created by Miralúna remain the intellectual property of Miralúna unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a product grants the client a licence to use the documentation within their own organisation but does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Limitation of Liability
Miralúna provides practical HR guidance and documentation based on current legislation and best practice.
